The Concourse's 216 acres is home to a wide variety of Florida's ecology as well as plant and animal life. Come enjoy Florida the way it used to be with open grasslands, uplands, beautiful wetlands and large wooded areas.

The Suncoast Trail is a 42 mile paved, non-motorized trail developed for pedestrians and bicyclist adjacent to the Suncoast Parkway. 21.6 miles of the trail spans across Pasco County. Start your journey on The Suncoast Trail at our free parking area at the trail head.

Ample ParkingThere is ample lighted parking space to host a large scale event like an organizational rally, food festival, music festival, concert or an art show. The Concourse museum also has three large indoor meeting rooms available for public rental. Make fundraising an adventure by using The Concourse Property for a mini-adventure race, obstacle course or a 5k mud run for your organization. The Concourse is perfect to hold intimate family events, big or small, such as weddings, birthday parties, family reunions and anniversaries. The possibilities are endless for you next outdoor event when you use The Concourse property in conjunction with The Rotary Pavilion!
